Process Library

From discovery conversations, Horizon automatically extracts, structures, and documents your company's real processes into a centralized library. A living map of your operation that grows richer with every discovery cycle.

From discovery conversations, Horizon automatically extracts, structures, and documents your company's real processes into a centralized library. A living map of your operation that grows richer with every discovery cycle.

How it works

  • Horizon extracts and structures processes automatically from discovery conversations. You provide the names and general structure of your processes (in any format: a list, a text, whatever you have from a kickoff or a manager), select the relevant conversations, and the AI generates rich, detailed descriptions of each process based on what your teams actually said.

  • Each process is documented with its hierarchy, a contextualized description written as a consulting brief, and direct traceability to the conversations that evidence it. Instead of building documentation by hand after each discovery, the library is generated in minutes with the depth that previously required weeks of manual work.

  • The library is persistent per company. When you launch a new discovery, existing processes are enriched with new information without duplication. Each cycle adds context, detail, and evidence to what you already have mapped. Instead of starting from scratch, every discovery builds on the previous one, and your process view becomes more complete and precise over time.

  • The library is presented as a navigable hierarchical tree with as many levels of depth as your operation requires. It includes full-text search to find any process instantly, versioning to track how documentation evolves, and the ability to share with your team at different access levels. Everything in one place, always up to date.

Why it matters

The Process Library is not just documentation: it is the foundation on which Horizon anchors insights to specific processes and steps. Instead of 'there is friction in X,' you will see 'step 4 of the invoicing process has manual friction affecting 3 people.' Insights with real operational context, ready to act on.

The Process Library is available for selected clients. Contact your account manager to explore it.
