How it works

• Automatic insight generation from conversations. Horizon analyzes every Discovery Cycle conversation and extracts Insights: specific problem or opportunity findings, with direct evidence from the employees who mentioned them. These are not assumptions, each Insight is anchored to real quotes and highlights.

• Impact and effort scoring. Every Insight includes a business impact score and an implementation effort score. This makes prioritization practical: what to solve first, what can wait, and what has the best cost-benefit ratio. Prioritization stops being political and starts being data-driven.

• Full traceability. From any Insight, you can navigate back to the conversations, quotes, and processes that originated it. This builds credibility with executives and removes subjectivity from diagnosis, the data speaks for itself.

• Continuous evolution with Deep Dives. An Insight can start incomplete after the first Discovery Cycle. When you need more depth, launch a Deep Dive: a focused interview cycle around that specific Insight that validates, deepens, or discards the finding before you invest in an Initiative.

• Tags, filters, and grouping. Organize Insights by area, process, impact type, or any custom tag. Merge duplicates, mark favorites, export for stakeholders. The dashboard adapts to how your team needs to consume the information.
