Identifying problems is only half the work. The other half is turning them into concrete proposals that executives approve and teams execute. The Initiatives Dashboard is where Horizon Insights become Initiatives with a business case, estimated ROI, and a clear implementation plan.

How it works

• Initiatives are generated from validated Insights. When an Insight has enough evidence (from an initial Discovery Cycle or a Deep Dive), Horizon creates an Initiative proposal: what to solve, how to solve it, expected impact, and implementation cost. Each Initiative requires a minimum 5x ROI and at least a 6-month payback period to be considered viable.

• Complete Initiative lifecycle. Every Initiative moves through clear stages: Identified -> Validating -> Planning -> Executing -> Executed (or Canceled). The dashboard shows each Initiative status and lets teams move initiatives across stages as they progress.

• Executive-ready deliverables. Horizon automatically generates executive presentations, process maps, business cases, and implementation plans. You do not need to build decks manually, the deliverable is generated from the underlying evidence and formatted for leadership review.

• End-to-end traceability. From any Initiative, you can navigate back to the originating Insight, the supporting conversations, and the affected processes. The full path from employee voice to executive proposal is documented and auditable.

• Data-driven prioritization. Compare initiatives by impact, effort, affected area, or any relevant dimension. Decide what to execute first using real data instead of opinions. Built-in scoring helps align stakeholders on the highest-value priorities.
