Cybersecurity Lead

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end cybersecurity strategy, prioritizing AI-powered tools for threat detection and automated response.

• Run continuous security assessments, audit credentials, secrets, and attack surfaces with a proactive, preventive approach.

• Implement and manage MFA, centralized secrets (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), rotation policies, and centralized logging.

• Create incident response playbooks, configure IDS/anomaly detection, and lead compliance processes (SOC2, ISO 27001).

• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines and require security reviews for every deploy.

• Evangelize security practices across the organization, adapting processes quickly as the business or tech stack changes.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Proven experience using AI/ML tools for threat detection, SIEM, or incident response automation.

• Startup mindset: operate with limited resources, prioritize well, and execute fast.

• High proactivity: identifies risks and acts before they escalate.

• Quick adaptation to new technologies, frameworks, and emerging threats.

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, OSCP, CEH, AWS Security Specialty.
